15+ years in the industry starting out as a Junior Project Manager and working my way up the Operations ladder, holding various roles along the way.

I joined ALM in 2023 as a Project Director and transitioned to my current role in January 2024.

Role

Current responsibilities are increasing revenue, identifying opportunities, expanding the company’s presence, proposing new services and developing strategic partnerships.

Achievements to date

• Growth of Transcription Service bringing in an additional £250K/year in Revenue.
• Department restructure to increase internal opportunities and specialise in core industry & services.
• Non-career achievement – completing an Olympic Distance Triathlon!

What your role brings to the business

Drive business growth by developing new and existing relationships, achieving company targets and maximising opportunities. Fostering trust and partnerships, enabling customers to expand into new markets and enhance global communication for mutual success.

What you enjoy outside of work

Outside of work I enjoy running, travelling, spending time with family and watching football.
