Carmen is ALM Translations’ longest-serving employee and is a highly-skilled senior project manager as well as our fantastic Operations Manager. Joining ALM in 2008, Carmen has incredible knowledge about the company and its processes and has watched the business grow with her.
Too many to mention, but she is fluent in French, fearless in all aspects of her work. Carmen was our Office Manager until she returned to work after maternity leave in November 2016, when she took up her new role of Operations Manager. Carmen has an overview of the entire operation and works on improved productivity, efficiencies and training and mentoring of the Project Management team.
Carmen’s a one-off and has a wacky sense of humour, which keeps everyone motivated, but she is also incredibly professional – a perfect combination.
Carmen was born to multi-task and she thrives on being busy. She also gets on very well with all of our clients, translators and staff, who appreciate her professionalism as well as her bubbly personality.
