Dominique joined ALM Translations in May 2019 and will soon be working alongside our Vendor Manager, Irene Martinez-Celis from our office in Mexico City.
Dominique has a Degree in Economics and Management from the University of Toulouse, France, which included an exchange year in Mexico, in the ITESM (Tecnológico de Monterrey), a highly-ranked university in Latin America.
Dominique has more than 5 years’ experience in the translation field, having previously worked for a large food manufacturer, Bimbo, in Mexico, coordinating a team of translators for its various branches around the world (China, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and the US).
She also worked as a translator and project coordinator, building strong relationships with clients, as well as an interpreter for the planning of international congresses/future cooperation between companies in France and Mexico.

ENJOYS
Travel! Not as a tourist, but instead to gain an understanding of people, cultures and different ways of life. Also, love learning and gaining knowledge of all kinds, through reading and research and also through meeting people. To date, Dominique has worked in Argentina, France and Mexico.
She enjoys considering and debating current geopolitical events and international challenges, as well as writing about balancing work with travel, lifestyle and food, with being eco-responsible.
