Rachel is one of the founder members of ALM Translations and one of its two directors. Bringing quality assurance and language skills to the business from the offset, her role has evolved to incorporate several keys areas of the business.
Rachel’s understanding of the quality requirements needed by end customers led the business to employ its first reviewer, which has now developed into the review team ALM Translations employs today.
Rachel’s language skills have meant that she now actively supports ALM’s marketing department with ideas for articles, blogs, tweets and other social media posts, reviews client legal documentation and writes content and documentation for our website. She also looks after the HR-side of the business, which includes employee welfare, regular employment and company updates, particularly during COVID-19 while the entire team is working remotely.
Quality assurance, excellent research skills, writing skills, including presentations and business articles, arbitration, project assessment, HR, marketing and PR, legal know-how, vendor management and research. Final selection of translator teams for large quality-driven projects. Advising on content creation projects for high-end customers.
